“Techiia Foundation” purchased an evacuation vehicle for border guards
The Citroen Jumper minibus is already functioning as a medical vehicle in the possession of the Kramatorsk border detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
In response to a request from the Main Military Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the Techiia Foundation NGO purchased and delivered to Ukraine a diesel Citroen Jumper minibus from the 2016 model year worth UAH 650,000.
According to the Main Military Medical Clinical Center of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, the vehicle was immediately handed over to the Kramatorsk border detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. It guards the eastern borders, including participation in the defense of Bakhmut which is now one of the hottest spots on the front line. The minibus is already helping with the evacuation of the wounded.
The Techiia Foundation continues to provide vehicles to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Currently, the team is working on acquiring another minibus for medical and evacuation purposes, as well as two off-road vehicles with a total value of over 1.5 million UAH. They will be handed over to the military in the near future.
Overall, after the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, the Techiia Foundation has purchased transport means for the Defense Forces of Ukraine worth over 27 million UAH ($745,000 at the NBU exchange rate). A detailed report on all support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine can be found at the link.
