Yura Lazebnikov

Yuriy founded his first business project in 2003 in the area of esports. In 2004, the organization of esports leagues was gaining momentum, and in 2006, Yuriy and his business partner Oleg Krot founded the company WePlay! Esports. The partners started their charitable activities from the very beginning of their business. At first, they helped as private individuals, and with the creation of TECHIIA holding, the charity moved to a new level — the level of systematic work within the framework of the Techiia Foundation.

Oleg Krot

Managing Partner

Oleg started his business activity in 2002, organizing esports competitions in his first small computer club. Over time, his passion for games has grown into a business, and in 2006, Oleg founded WePlay! Esports together with his business partner Yuriy Lazebnikov. Today, several businesses of the partners are united in the holding company TECHIIA. Oleg started his charity work when the business started to grow, and at first, he was supplying medicines to those who needed them. Later, he began to help hospitals by equipping them with modern equipment. The foundation of the Techiia Foundation was a logical step on the way to systematizing the holding's charitable projects.

Head of the Board

An experienced manager of charitable initiatives and an expert in strategic planning and implementation of corporate social responsibility projects.

Yuna's mission is to define the goals and objectives of the organization, prioritize development directions, and allocate resources. She is responsible for strategic partnerships and project implementation. The key goal is to use every organization's hryvnia with maximum long-term benefit for beneficiaries: Ukrainian soldiers and hospital patients.

Olga Bulygina-Lazebnikova

Charity Networking Officer

An expert in promoting charitable and business projects of TECHIIA holding, with the main focus on influence marketing and interaction with opinion leaders. Currently in Los Angeles, California. Besides building up awareness of Techiia Foundation’s charity projects in the United States and Ukraine, she works together with TECHIIA MOTORSPORTS CEO Ivan Agapchev on developing a car-sharing business in the United States. Olga has experience in event planning and management. In addition she is engaging prominent speakers and experts to TECHIIA’s events. Before 2019, she held the position of SMM Lead in the esports company WePlay Esports.

Marianna Konina

Chief Public Engagement Officer

An expert in marketing and communications with various groups of influence — government, media, associations. She has more than 15 years of experience in companies in various fields, mainly IT, media, and telecommunications. Marianna taught at the International Institute of Management (MIM Kyiv). She is in the TOP-25 best PR specialists of Ukraine in 2021 according to Marketing Media Review.

Andriy Tymchenko

Volunteer

Since the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, he has become a volunteer of the NGO Techiia Foundation and has been organizing cooperation between manufacturers, transport companies, and Ukrainians in providing humanitarian aid. At the same time, he is the CFO of Culver Aviation, a company that provides ground-based analytics services based on data collected by own-designed SKIF drones.

He has 10 years of experience in setting up internal and external processes of companies and building effective interaction at each of the business stages: from working in startups to launching the company as a full-grown business.
