The NGO Techiia Foundation provided a modern operating table to Children's Clinical Hospital № 7 in Kyiv

Children's Clinical Hospital № 7 is the only medical institution in the capital that provides emergency pediatric craniofacial surgery services. The hospital also performs unique planned operations for reconstructive care and rehabilitation of children with congenital and acquired defects of the craniofacial area.

Now the hospital has a new Serenada operating table from the Polish manufacturer ALVO worth almost UAH 1.1 million. It was purchased and transferred to the hospital by the NGO Techiia Foundation, part of the TECHIIA holding.

The main feature of this table is 6 sections and a wide range of accessories that allow concurrent surgical manipulations by specialists of various profiles. This is especially important in urgent cases - after injuries or road accidents. A filler with a memory effect prevents the formation of bedsores during long-term operations.

After discovering that this is a charity project, the manufacturer of the table equipped it with an additional motor for free. Coupled with the main ones, this guarantees 20 years of operation of the mechanisms that regulate the height and inclination of each section.
