The electrosurgical device is a piece of high-tech equipment that will allow the entire range of surgical interventions to be performed. It has a wide variety of modes, so it will also be used for neurosurgical operations, which are one of the most technological and complex.

And new sterilizers allow doctors to sterilize instruments, medical materials, and fabrics. The autoclave has a special mode for sterilizing infected instruments (AIDS, hepatitis, etc.), which is very important for the continuous operation of the emergency department. The length of the tray allows sterilization of instruments for open and minimally invasive surgery. And the pre-vacuum and vacuum drying modes allow sterilizing of all types of instruments (high-frequency, laser, ultrasonic, radio-frequency, mechanical) not harming them. This is essential for their regular use in every operation. Moreover, the autoclave has no consumables except distilled water, so the cost of the sterilization cycle is quite low.

"We are extremely grateful to the NGO Techiia Foundation for this equipment. It will help us reduce the duration of the operation, which means that our little patients will spend less time under anesthesia," says pediatric surgeon Oleg Sodoma.

Despite russia's military actions against Ukraine, the Techiia Foundation did not stop providing hospitals with modern medical equipment. In May, the Cherkasy Regional Hospital received two electrosurgical devices and six examination lamps worth UAH 1.1 million, and in August, the hospital in the city of Kamianske received medical gurneys.
