On June 16, the TECHIIA team conducted a group blood donation in their Kyiv office, dedicating the event to World Donor Day. The initiative "Blood Agents" assisted with the organization, and the blood collection was carried out by the medical team from the Amosov National Institute of Cardiovascular Surgery, Kyiv.

A total of 28 holding employees took part in the procedure, with several of them donating blood for the first time. Despite the hybrid work mode and a narrow time slot for donations, they gathered in the office and collectively donated 11.25 liters of blood, potentially saving the lives of 75 people.

All the collected blood will be used for the needs of the Amosov Institute, where heart surgeries are performed for civilians and military personnel.

"Corporate donation is a true win-win event. People not only do a good deed individually but come together to help those in need, literally giving a part of themselves for the common good. This strengthens team spirit and boosts morale, which is especially valuable now during russia's war against Ukraine. We plan to continue this noble tradition," says Natalia Vetrova, Human Resources Lead at TECHIIA holding.
