Project "Spiderweb" - a boat and anti-drone nets for the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The "Spiderweb" project is our joint initiative with the NGO "Union of TV and Film Industry Entrepreneurs", the "Volunteer Battalion" Charity Fund and the Life Guardian Charity Fund.

And this is an example of how an unconventional idea turns into a vital initiative, because by joining forces, we have organized a large-scale transfer of fishing nets for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and have already transferred more than 850 tons of this unique protection to the front line.
Anti-drone nets are already used by 90 combat units.

"We are increasingly seeing videos of enemy drones - even those that are not jammed by electronic warfare - getting stuck in nets. This is the simplest and at the same time one of the most effective barriers. They really stop the target and save lives. And we will transfer them until each of our fighters is reliably protected," notes our president, Oleg Krot.

This is the 46th truckload of nets delivered to the front as part of the project. The nets are recycled from used fishing nets and are used to protect equipment, trenches, and positions from enemy FPV drones.

The latest batch of aid included four truckloads of nets, and also a boat that can be used for combat missions or as a mobile base for the needs of Ukrainian military hospitals.

This is another example of how initiative and coordination turn simple ideas into effective defense tools.
