Clothing and medical kits from Ukrainian manufacturers — we report on another amount of aid for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the first quarter of 2023, the "Techiia Foundation" donated clothing and accessories worth 5.2 million UAH to the Defense Forces of Ukraine. All products were ordered from Ukrainian factories.
In the first three months of this year, the Foundation delivered 10 types of clothing and accessories to defenders of Ukraine, including over 2,500 fleece jackets, 1,500 sets of underwear, 1,200 long-sleeved shirts, 1,000 medical kits, as well as buffs, underpants, t-shirts, hats, and camouflage suits. The total value of the aid is 5.219 million UAH.
Among the recipients are units of the State Special Communications Service, National Police, State Emergency Service, Territorial Defense, several mechanized brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, volunteer formations, and partner charitable foundations.
"This assistance is a win-win project for both the military and Ukrainian businesses. We order products in Ukraine, provide the manufacturers with orders and jobs, the local budget benefits from taxes, and defenders receive clothing and medical kits," commented Oleg Krot, Director of the "Techiia Foundation" and managing partner of the TECHIIA holding.
It is worth reminding that in 2022, Ukrainian sewing factories manufactured 14.5 thousand units of products for the "Techiia Foundation" with a total value of 5.4 million UAH. As a result, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received t-shirts, vests, fleece jackets, long-sleeved shirts, underpants, underwear, hats, balaclavas, as well as tactical medical kits and camouflage suits.
